Good communication, easy to book an adviser with time slot online, account on dashboard is user friendly, quite knowledgeable on market updates, explanation on funds (sometime depends on who you get), etc. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

I have been with Moneyfarm for approx. 5 years now and am pleased with the performance they have delivered. In addition the website is easy to use and the regular updates and webinars help mw to understand the strategy and keep me engaged. Reviewed on: 4th January 2022

Moneyfarm do a great job of explaining vis regular updates that lay out the decisions behind their portfolio changes (and tell you whenever they made a change) rather than only sending a statement once a year filled with opaque data as I have found with other providers.
