Great company

Great customer service and I like the app as well. They also have safety mechanisms in place so that you don’t leave yourself vulnerable. Lastly, it’sa total no beginner compared with any standard savings account. Reviewed on: 4th January 2022

Easy investing

I se up an investment with moneyfarm a few years ago . My contribution is set up by a monthly direct debit - so I don’t have to think about it . The moneyfarm team keeps me up to date with investments and seem to get my portfolio balanced for growth. ASA first time investor it is important to know your money is in safe hands . Pleasant experience whenever I needed help/advice

I've been with Moneyfarm for over 5 years now and have only used their S&S ISA product. I am very happy with their service, and with the help/support I received (mainly from Jack) every time I needed it. Very professional, helpful, and with a human face. I trust them with my money and with making rebalancing decisions, which is the actual service I'm paying for. The markets have been in my favour, so I'm a happy customer and I'm glad my portfolio is diversified and looked after. I have recommended them to my friends. Reviewed on: 4th January 2022

Good portfolio performance - admin needs improvement

I’m pleased with the portfolio performance. However on the admin side they need some improvements, I was charged twice during my fee-free period and their annual tax voucher takes the longest out of all my investments. Reviewed on: 4th January 2022

Transparent and supportive

I set up an account to test the waters for my young adult children. I found the app to be easy to use, the whole experience to be transparent, and the level of support impressive. Email queries were quickly responded to, phone calls were setup, and there have been further offers of (unasked for) help if needed. Very satisfied. Reviewed on: 4th January 2022
