Good communication, easy to book an adviser with time slot online, account on dashboard is user friendly, quite knowledgeable on market updates, explanation on funds (sometime depends on who you get), etc. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Moneyfarm do a great job of explaining vis regular updates that lay out the decisions behind their portfolio changes (and tell you whenever they made a change) rather than only sending a statement once a year filled with opaque data as I have found with other providers. Investing with moneyfarm is incredibly easy; the risk-tiered portfolios are easy to understand and creating an account, topping up the investment and checking performance is easy with both the mobile application and the browser based application. Reviewed on: 4th January 2022

I se up an investment with moneyfarm a few years ago . My contribution is set up by a monthly direct debit - so I don’t have to think about it . The moneyfarm team keeps me up to date with investments and seem to get my portfolio balanced for growth. ASA first time investor it is important to know your money is in safe hands .
