Good communication, easy to book an adviser with time slot online, account on dashboard is user friendly, quite knowledgeable on market updates, explanation on funds (sometime depends on who you get), etc. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Easy to open account and manage it online. Getting the right investment for me was a breeze as the questionnaire on my attitude to investments was simple to complete and felt comprehensive.
