Good experience overall...

Good communication, easy to book an adviser with time slot online, account on dashboard is user friendly, quite knowledgeable on market updates, explanation on funds (sometime depends on who you get), etc. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Fund for a Mercedes!

Really straight forward process with money farm - Never invested before this year but found the profiling test to be intriguing and was happy to give money farm a try! Seen good growth so far, just waiting till my profile is optimised with the £1500 to see the full potential - only feedback I could give would be it takes a while for money to appear in the money farm account after being transferred from my current account - great first investment platform though! Absolutely recommend

I'd absolutely recommend moneyfarm to friends and family and have done. As a young, unskilled worker I've always struggled with putting away any decent amount of money for that inevitable rainy day that will strike. Moneyfarm not only allows me to do this, but does so easily and so far the risk level and diversification of the portfolio has allowed me to earn far higher interest than other products on the market I was considering. My only wish is for them to continue to do well and be able to offer more services, with a recent boom in services aimed at my age group to encourage savings I find myself recommending them to more of my peers constantly. On the farm.

Since joining Mondyfarm in early 2017 I have been kept up to date on just about everything involving the company and my portfolio. Transparency is quite clearly a substantial part of Moneyfarm's ethics. The fee structure is also excellent, and the introductory offer of first £10k managed free, then expanded to £12k has been wonderful, especially as I'm so wary of the effects of fees cutting into performance. The ability to update risk preferences or investing time frames would be a great addition. Furthermore, if Moneyfarm were to have the option of lifetime isas, I would see little reason to move to another platform. Overall, Moneyfarm has treated me excellently over the past year, and I look forward to further development and a continued relationship. And fingers crossed the fees remain low!
