Low costs and high transparency

Moneyfarm has done nothing but impress me so far. Their customer support was brilliant with transferring my cash ISA after a short trial period of having the account and they always email with a breakdown of how they have used your money. You can easily see your invested and gained amounts and clearing of funds is quick. My only criticism would be to have a more obvious way to change to a different portfolio kind should you wish to do so but so far I am pleased with the performance. Moneyfarm also release regular video updates regarding the markets, helping in part to understand why your portfolio might be behaving as it has over the past month or so.
