I was introduced to Moneyfarm and had an excellent associate do a presentation, since then I have recommended the company to many of my friends and clients. At one point I needed to withdraw funds, they asked questions that allowed me to reflect on my decision, before moving forward - the process is really helpful without lots of back and forth.
