They’ve recreated the same fantastic user experience in business banking as they have done in personal banking. Later to fully launch than competitors (Starling) but a far superior experience! Worth waiting for and definitely worth switching to Reviewed on: 13th February 2023

Want to lose money join monzo

Created a business account great Set up stripe to take payments from customers great Received payment's taken over £500 nope and 15 days later still not had a penny customer service telling me it takes time for first stripe payment well it’s coming up to 20 days and nobody not a soul in customer service wants to help instead I am asked to wait ? Reject Applications offer no insight into corrective recourse

Rejected business applications offer no insight into corrective recourse as to why. This has happened 2/3 times now and I just decided to take it elsewhere. The interaction with the CS team soured my relationship with the brand and will slowly be moving my personal finances off the system as well. Reviewed on: 25th April 2022
