Made Banking Simple

I love the support from Monzo in not only opening my first business account but making all my on going banking so simple and seamless. I have my current and business bank accounts with Monzo now. Probably the best bank accounts I have ever had! 10/10. Switched away from the normal high street bank as they ain’t high street banks no more and just terrible in customer service compared to Monzo. A breath of fresh air

For years I battled with overpriced technically inept business banking. Archaic systems, delays, obscene charges and processes designed to trip you up and trick more money out of your pocket. Monzo does all the things you want a business account to do, instantaneous payments, automatic tax savings, warnings when payments are due, recognition of patterns and subscriptions, categorisation for accounts and prompt, human, local support. It’s a breath of fresh air. It’s amusing to watch the high street banks doing their best to compete after dragging their feet for years, knowing full well giving their customers control over their own money would mean fewer opportunities to exploit money out of them. Well done Monzo for disrupting the industry and giving your customers banking that feels like it’s designed to help not hinder and deceive. Reviewed on: 24th January 2022

Modern Business Banking as it should be

Moving from HSBC to Monzo has been fantastic. Native integrations into Xero are great as a small business onwer, as is app-based access and Debit Cards for the whole team. It's great to feel like we're at the forefront of banking, rather than stuck in practices of the past. Reviewed on: 24th January 2022
