Monzo really values customers i accidentally send money to the wrong person and they had it sorted less than a week which came with reassurance and constant updates which made the whole situation less of a headache, the next thing is the simplicity of the app, it is very easy to use your banking account and makes savings very simple too, the fact you can use a QR code to get paid by your friends or family is also a plus Reviewed on: 1st February 2024

It remains a really excellent way to budget with Monzo bank. What I would say is that they used to do offers but that seems to have quietened but they do listen and they give you more functionality based on feedback which is great for the customer.
