I have been using Monzo bank for a number of years, never gone down, offers levels of services that other banks can only dream, Monzo sets the bar high and keeps clearing that bar. From loans to good rate credit card, I have used banks for 50+ years, only time I have received this level of service and reliability was from a small bank that was taken over, truly a Bank that recognises its customers are it’s life blood and treat them accordingly. Monzo for the win!.

The monzo app is so easy to use. I love I can control my spending on my Flex. I enjoy paying more off as it shows me how much interest I'm saving - it's like a little happy dance! Being able to spend abroad in local currency without raking up massive charges is the best & honestly the only reason I opened a Monzo account. I do use it more and more and have looked into upgrading. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024
