Monzo have helped me so much with my finances. Knowing exactly what my Flex payments go towards is amazing and being able to chose from 3-24 months to pay something back make everything so much more affordable. The best bank ever! I actually enjoy engaging with my bank! Who knew! they respond quickly to problems (if you ever have any), they let you know when you fall into your overdraft and when future payments come up. I have my personal, joint and business account with Monzo and I won’t ever change. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

Been a great experience. Love that they listen to feedback and make improvements based on feedback. Fantastic flexibility on spending, you can change your mind and add something to flex after you've paid initially and you can change when you pay (spreading it over several months if you need to, a few months interest free). Not a drawback necessarily but a great feature to have would be to make uneven payments (ie, auto set to pay more back one month and less back another month rather than the same amount each month). Still leagues ahead of any other credit card I've come across. Cashback feature is also great and does bring it in line with more traditional credit cards that have 'rewards'. Monzo flex is my first credit card and I love how easy it is to use! Being able to see the card stacked along with my current account has helped a lot. I wish there was a way to set a “utilisation limit” where Monzo notifies you once you get to a certain percentage. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

Monzo are the best bank around!!

They have helped me save so much money and have been able to budget! I have been using them since 2016 and I can honestly not recommend them enough. Their flex services are so much better than your normal credit card! You can choose 3 months interest free and others to be paid back over a longer period of time with the interest showed to you up front so you can actually budget this into your plan. I love how easy Monzo is to use and honestly just cannot say enough how much of a life saver they have been to me! Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

Could the credit limit be increased regularly ? Mine stuck at same limit since monzo flex was launched. As I prefer using monzo flex as main credit card my usage is going above 50% affecting my credit score. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024
