Super easy, 0% interest

Super easy, 0% interest and no hidden fees. Effectively a 3 month loan so can use it move financial goals up by 3 months. No frills, works well. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

I love using my Monzo Flex..

I love using my Monzo Flex alongside my Monzo bank account. I find that I can manage and stay ahead of my payments. I am able to view my charges on my longer term payments, (I have the choice of paying in 1, 3,6, 12 and 24 monthly payments. I can also pay early and save on any charges (where applicable). It's easy and straight forward to use the Monzo Flex account. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

Hugely helpful for first time buyers

As someone that got into the housing ladder last year, Monzo flex has allowed me to help spread the cost of some big essentials to my new home. The ability to pay it early, spread the cost over 3 months and longer has been a big help to managing the transition from rented to home owners. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

I love monzo

I love monzo. I've recently moved from Australia and don't have a lot of credit history built up. I couldn't get a credit card with a traditional bank so when I learnt about monzo flex it was very welcome. However after using it I think it's better than any credit card I've used. Being able to pay off big purchases over three months with no interest really makes it easy to book holidays in advance and pay it off when my salary comes in. I told my partner about it and now they use it as well. It's a great product. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

Monzo flex is very customer-focused.

It’s very clear that the team behind Monzo Flex got together and thought very hard about what customers actually want from a credit card. Everything works and is easy to use.

Everything works and is easy to use. When I’ve needed support, they’ve been able to help. Downside is the new UI has took some getting used to and do prefer the old and in early days support were very good and very quick.
