Easy and intuitive

Monzo Flex allows me to be flexible when I’m going to go slightly over my limit. It allows me to do it interest free (over 3 months) and it’s easy to pay off early. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023

Safe to use and easy app to navigate

I like the way Monzo team responds so quickly to concerns raised by its customers. For instance,someone nearly hacked my account after sending me a text from ‘nhs’. My account was frozen and card blocked as soon as I raised the issue. I received a new card in less than a week and account transactions continued normally Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023

Great bank!!

Great bank great service, so many positives I don’t even know where to start! I’m a Monzo plus customer and it gives you so many different options such as creating virtual cards so you don’t have to provide your bank card details etc, Monzo flex is amazing you can flex purchases on 3-6-9-12 month plans 3 months no interest option.
