Best Credit Card

Monzo flex is my first credit card and I was a bit afraid about user experience. I was pleasantly surprised about the ease of use and how you can easily manage payments on a monthly and 3 months basis. the most affordbale credit card on the market!!

flex is such an easy tool to use, versitle, can use like contactless which is very handy and has fanastic repayment options. rates are either zero or lower than my actual credit card so would always opt to use flex over any other credit card i have! Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

The app is absolutely fantastic, customer service could be better. You’ll wait five days and go through six customer advisors to get a response on the most simple of queries like why did my ‘direct debit fail’ I’ve never been granted the option to actually speak to an advisor. The service has been amazing. I love how the app gives you options of payment dates not only that but it also gives you a platform to pay early if you want. Having the flex card helped me this December when I went on holiday and I love how beautiful the flex card is, easy to identify and it's just amazing to have.
