Overall it's unbelievably amazing.

Monzo offer flex card for customer. I have been using for 2 months. It is pretty good. I can use £2,000 credit interest free as long as paying all of them in 3 installments in each following months. Hope installment plan will be extended to 6 or 12 months. Reviewed on: 12th March 2023

Good product but quite pushy in the app

I got monzo flex to try it out, and typically just forget it's there and only use my monzo debit card which I really like. They push the flex product a lot, and keep asking me to order a physical card. Think it's good for when I need it but don't want to be pushed onto it when I don't. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

More flexible than a credit card

I'm really happy with Flex, an innovative credit line with built in flexibility. Much more useful to me than my standard credit card (which I've now been able to close. Flex makes it easy to manage payments, flexing them if you have more or less money one month etc. Also better in my view than the other buy now pay later providers because it's with a bank, and sits alongside your account so you're always able to see all your finances together Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

User-friendly experience by using a flexible banking app
