Helpful, smart feature that just works without any catches

I have used flex for over a year. It worked brilliantly right from the start but the innovations that were gradually introduced since it launched, like the flexibility to change payment schedules, just make it super useful, responsible and flexible. Fantastic Monzo

I absolutely love having a Monzo account. So easy to use, love being able to set up little saving pots if I want to, easy to navigate, so quick and easy to transfer money, and great customer service. Monzo Flex has really helped me to manage my money and to get on top of my finances

As a self employed person, my income each month isnt fixed and whilst I have always tried to keep on top of my monthly outgoings, it has typically been very hard. Monzo flex really helps me to manage payments by being able to split them over a few months. Being able to do this interest free also means that I am not paying significant overdraft fees like I did previously with my old bank. Asset Management for the win

The fact I can now split my payments over three months at 0% interest is a life changer. And then if I decide after I get paid just to pay it off regardless with no fees. I have reduced the credit limit on other cards and increased Monzo flex for this exact reason Reviewed on: 4th March 2023
