Great bank!!

Great bank great service, so many positives I don’t even know where to start! I’m a Monzo plus customer and it gives you so many different options such as creating virtual cards so you don’t have to provide your bank card details etc, Monzo flex is amazing you can flex purchases on 3-6-9-12 month plans 3 months no interest option. The way forward to my finances

Since I got Monzo Flex which I use to manage a short term expenditure, I feel much more in control of the balances. I can give myself a breathing space with the 3 month interest free but also the section 75 protection for my purchase. The flexibility of payment is also phenomenal. The balance is updated instantly and also additional payments (even in pennies) can be added to lower the overall balance. It is an unique and really helpful product. Has made me be more conscious about any impulse purchases too. The icing in the cake is that it can be use for foreign transactions fee free. Brilliant. 5 stars. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023

Monzo led the way

How interesting that Monzo would offer a new way of banking - be it saving pots to fit your needs, splitting the price in 3 to make payments more affordable, the ability to freeze/unfreeze your card if/when you can’t find it to keep it safe.. then… other banks would copy the ideas later - clearly Monzo are leading the way Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023

The best app for mobile banking

Monzo has been the best app for mobile banking for me. I have other bank accounts with apps, and I must say Monzo has been the most thought out app for user experience, from accessibility, how it looks, feels and the different areas in the app to suit the customer journey. I keep up with expenses as the features allow me to do that, how much money was sent across to a business or person and money saving pots. The fact that the premium feature is shown at the bottom so you’ll never forget the services Monzo offers is amazing. I am also a flex user and this has been honestly great for me. Aside of of this Monzo has great customer service and I honestly recommend Monzo all the time to people that have not yet banked with Monzo! Monzo gives me what I need every day

I didn’t know I needed Flex until I realised that I had the same functionality with at least 4 other providers. I wanted all of it in one place. Flex does just that. Credit on my terms. 3 months free (and 2 free 6 months gifts at Christmas!!) and when I’ve spent a little more than I budgeted for i can flex it again to pay a little interest to spread it out. But the real joy is seeing those interest payments slashed when I pay it back early. I can see all of my financial life in the app including any borrowing with other banks including my mortgage. When I wanted to consolidate some cards, the Monzo loans made it simple and as I knew I was prequalified it took the Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023
