Easy and intuitive

Safe to use and easy app to navigate

I like the way Monzo team responds so quickly to concerns raised by its customers. For instance,someone nearly hacked my account after sending me a text from ‘nhs’. My account was frozen and card blocked as soon as I raised the issue. I received a new card in less than a week and account transactions continued normally Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023
