Painless. Quick and easy to understand.

Visited a local dealership with PCP or a car loan in mind. They recommended Hire Purchase after discussing each option and we applied with MotoNovo. Within minutes I was accepted and I got an email with all the details on it. I had a month breathing space before the first payment which is really helpful right now. Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

All round excellent service and the apr rate was brilliant can’t argue or complain with the service I have received and as for customer appreciation I can not be more grateful would recommend to friends and family and I am over the moon with my new car definitely a company worthy of an award. I went to see a car on 22nd of may, MotoNovos process of filling in online was quick, simple and speedy. I was accepted for finance with a very low interest rate which made me even more pleased. They have been great at sending documents and are NOT complicated like every other finance company. I’ve had a phone conversation with them since about adding on extras for some extra security and back up, they’re very understanding and definitely do their best to help you. Their policies are amazing and they have 100% thought through everything and have put their customers first. Reviewed on: 4th June 2020
