MotoNovo have been great, their customer service has been impeccable for the past 2 years I've been with them. During the covid-19 situation they have also been very useful, sending an email around to customers to let them know there are options available if struggling to pay anything during this time - they sent this very only on too! During lockdown motonovo were fast and efficient with getting out finance ready for our new vehicle. They used a simple online agreement which clearly stated everything we needed to know and phoned with updates or further information they needed. Motonovo have been fab considering the circumstances.
