A bit too many hoops to jump through but friendly service

Great customer service when I could actually get through on the phone. Waited 35 minutes for an agent which is a bit much I think. But other than that I think the experience was good. Reviewed on: 1st July 2017

Always helpful

Friendly Service

This is my second time using this company and they haven't disapointed me. A fast and friendly telephone conversation, resulting in funds added into my account within 20 minutes. Would highly recommend using. Reviewed on: 1st July 2017

Simple process but unfortunate it can't be completed solely online

Process for completing an application is simple and agents are always very polite to speak to, however after completing the online application (even as a previous customer) you must always wait to speak to somebody to confirm the details you have provided, which is somewhat frustrating. That said, the calls only last 5 minutes maximum so it's not a deal breaker. I would however note it can take some time to get through if you're calling to pay off your loan early (which I always do). Have once waited nearly and hour and a half and after the first few minutes you're no longer updated on your queue position which makes it seem like your call won't be answered.
