The passing of my mim

I lost my mum late 2024, I had to fly to South Africa to put her in a care home as she had dementia and Alzheimer's, I was back home in England for a week and she passed away so has to fly back to arrange the funeral and pay for it etc… When I explained to the customer service team member that this was the reason I had fallen behind in my payments, she kindly helped me get my account sorted out in a friendly and helpful way, thank you to her for her understanding and help. Really steps in to help when needed

A very easy application process, although initially there was a fair bit of back and forth about current loan status before payout, My Community Bank really stepped in and helped when it was needed. Good amount, good APR and good service, will highly recommend. Reviewed on: 31st March 2025
