Grate for savings also for community projects and helpful for new startup business

Amazing customer service and good interest rates

Chose this company because they had the best interest rate for the type of savings account I wanted. After initially opening my account I noticed the interest rate had gone up, I rang customer services and they swapped me to a new account with the higher interest rate. Great experience so far and hoping it continues. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022

A new way of thinking

For me banking used to be cold, intimidating, old fashioned and complicated. FIrst bank have thrown out the rule book and came up with an approach to banking and customer service which is how I would want it to be done if were up to me. Friendly staff when you call (And they actually answer) well thought out, and easy to use app, good security and availability of ATMs or tellers at recognised locations. A great servcice! It was easy to sign up and it's been easy to use the website. The platform is always available, accessible and never crashes or freezes. As a railway worker I get great interest rates, higher than are available elsewhere. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
