Ethical and competitive rates

It’s worth the slight clunkiness of setting up the savings account. The rate is competitive and you know that your money isn’t being used to increase inequality. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022

Grate for savings also for community projects and helpful for new startup business

Only downside is you have to prove more than twice that new account opener is belong to household with members of trade unions or in local government employment. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022

Amazing customer service and good interest rates

Chose this company because they had the best interest rate for the type of savings account I wanted. After initially opening my account I noticed the interest rate had gone up, I rang customer services and they swapped me to a new account with the higher interest rate. A new way of thinking

For me banking used to be cold, intimidating, old fashioned and complicated. FIrst bank have thrown out the rule book and came up with an approach to banking and customer service which is how I would want it to be done if were up to me. Friendly staff when you call (And they actually answer) well thought out, and easy to use app, good security and availability of ATMs or tellers at recognised locations. A great servcice!
