Fantastic customer experience.

I did have an issue when I forgot my password. I was also experiencing difficulties with my email app and couldn't receive the password update. I phoned customer service and was pleasantly surprised how quickly my call was answered. The lady I spoke with was so helpful and had me logged int5my account promptly.
