Fantastic customer experience.

I did have an issue when I forgot my password. I was also experiencing difficulties with my email app and couldn't receive the password update. I phoned customer service and was pleasantly surprised how quickly my call was answered. The lady I spoke with was so helpful and had me logged int5my account promptly. If Tina Turner was a bank manager...Simply the Best!!!

I've gotta say, I was a tad sceptical at first to the point that, even though I think Martin Lewis is a modern day Demi god (MCB was featured on his website!), I had to investigate for myself and sure enough, my findings supported everything they pride themselves in....totally legitimate!!! I do however, think we should all 'chip in' as a community and contribute in the development of an App for our convenience ...it is 2023 guys, come on lol!!! Reviewed on: 18th July 2023
