I have been a member for a number of years, the savings rates are among the best available. Communication is prompt & any queries are dealt with efficiently. The ethos appeal ie a credit union association that assists the local community. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

British based customer service and top rates

I had issues getting my funds to set up a fixed rate savings account. I rang the customer service team they were extremely helpful and my call was answered I seconds. The interest rate I received was the highest any where and believe me I researched interest rates to death. Personally I cannot fault this bank and would give the highest recommendation.
