Best Interest Rates & Great Service

I have been a member for a number of years, the savings rates are among the best available. Communication is prompt & any queries are dealt with efficiently. The ethos appeal ie a credit union association that assists the local community. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

British based customer service and top rates

I had issues getting my funds to set up a fixed rate savings account. I rang the customer service team they were extremely helpful and my call was answered I seconds. The interest rate I received was the highest any where and believe me I researched interest rates to death. Personally I cannot fault this bank and would give the highest recommendation. What a great bank!

I save with My Community Bank because it works for its customers not shareholders. It offers a fair interest rate for savers and borrowers and it is community based. It is financially sound with all the protection of large banks. I like the idea that my savings are with a bank that reaches out to help the community. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
