About this product

The NatWest Adapt Account is for children aged 11-17.

The Adapt account is compatible with Apple Pay and Google Pay and can be accessed via NatWest’s mobile banking app. Adapt accounts for under 16 year olds must be opened by a parent or guardian who's an existing NatWest customer.

Good, clear & efficient service

My young daughter made an on line payment to a scam company. I rang the Nat West fraud team who dealt with it efficiently, explaining the steps taken and refunding the lost money immediately. Can't ask for anything more. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

My whole family are with NatWest now !!

Always had excellent service from NatWest. A few years ago I needed a small car loan - I applied to my employer (a different bank) and got refused. I couldn’t believe it as I actually worked for them. So I applied to Natwest where I’ve been a customer for the last 33 years and got immediately accepted. I’ve now repaid the loan early (and left the company I used to work for!) Loyalty is everything for me & I got that loan as I have been a loyal customer and they could see my financial situation.
