I am your typical customer of a certain age but find this app easy

The app gives me all my banking needs and I have the fall back comfort of SPEAKING TO A HUMAN BEING. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

Natwest has helped their customers, I.e. me, navigate through the technological changes as the banking experience changes. Always helpful and polite if need go speak to someone. On online app is really easy to use and so informative. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

Insurance excellent , retail arm charming , helpful mostly good , business side a godsend. My one criticism is this ; a lack of honesty at the royal bank and Hanson cost me a temporary 51 ‘ 000 ‘ 000 . Oof although now I appear to be a major investor in the university.
