Simply the best

I have been banking with them for 58 years never had a problem .I have relocated 4 times still with the same branch. Cannot fault them in any way. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Happy customer

Good but could improve

They attended to me well but once in a the banking I heard staff exchanging unpleasant words with n elderly couple and I thought that wasn’t great customer care. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Consistency

As a customer since 2004 I have found NatWest to reliable, readily available and consistent in their way of delivering customer services. I have used their banking app since its launch and can honestly say I can not remember a day it has not worked. I use it daily and it gives me everything I need to do all my money dealing.
