Everything I need in one easy to use app

The title says it all really. Everything is easy, from setting up standing orders or tracking direct debits to opening savings accounts and transferring money. Advice and help always available. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Resolved issues quickly

It's good to bank were the staff take to understand the issue then give the various options of how to it can be solved. They then take time to show you how to do it yourself. The anything else question is asked and not rushed a quick financial check up can be done so your getting the best account. To summarize you can go to the bank with an issue. They will listen and then solve the problem. Take time to teach how to do it yourself. Then also inform and guide you to remedies if you have this issue reoccur. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
