Good day to day service

The clearest and full featured banking app by a long way

NatWest’s banking app is one of the most intuitive and full featured, from managing your finances to checking your credit rating, applying for a savings account to paying in a cheque. They genuinely listen to feedback where improvements can be made. Top marks Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

It could not get any better

After changing banks due to most services becoming automated including paying in. I changed bank to NatWest and have never been happier with service. Managed to convince the wife to change also. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023
