I have been a customer with Natwest for approximately 4 years having switched over from another Bank and it has been the most amazing, easy banking experience for Me. Cora is amazing, whenever I have spoken to any advisor they have always helped me to solve my problems. I have never had an issue speaking to an advisor on the phone. The app itself is easy to navigate, user friendly, allows me to switch between different accounts has many features that saves me personal trips to the bank. I am not Tech savvy and even I feel comfortable when accessing the App and taking advantage of it's features. The app itself feels personal to the user and most importantly I feel my money is safe with Natwest with all of it's safety/security features such as face recognition, approving transaction features without it being too much of an obstacle for me to access my own accounts. I Feel Natwest keeps evolving keeping up with the current times. Forever recommending Natwest. Keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 1st March 2023
