Opened my first account with natwest and never looked back. Never had any problems. In store staff are friendly and helpful and the app is definitely helpful and so much more than just been able to see your balance! Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Not the best banking experience

I have a basic account as well as other few different products with Natwest like loans and credit cards. Basic account is okay but not ideal. For example I can't download a statement from 5 years ago with the address that I had 5 years ago. Any historic statement will be updated with the current address. this has presented to be an issue when showing proof of address elsewhere. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
