I have been with NatWest for a while and have found them to be efficient friendly and very helpful their customer service is excellent whether it is in person in the bank or on the phone. Nothing seems to be to much trouble and have always been treated with respect no matter what my query has been. My basic account

My account is anything but basic. I can check my balance, make payments and transfers, arrange and control Direct debit and Standing orders all at the touch of a button. That's no basic in my book, well done NatWest. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

Everything I want from a banking app.

Love the app. Gives me access to my banking info in seconds. Safe and regular safety notifications. Love the deposit cheque function saves trying to find a bank just to put a cheque in. Gives advice notifications about new functions as they come on. Great and so easy to use. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023
