easy to access everything

Not bad

Easy to use.

So happy with the app you can do everything saving, transfer money, paying someone and just an easy step to follow. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

No help with scams

I was scammed by a company and when I was speaking to an agent about the situation, they couldn’t resolve the problem, kept passing me onto different people and still haven’t solved the problem causing me to lose around £400 (estimated). It’s good for just keeping your money but anything other than that I wouldn’t recommend using NatWest, I’m only with them as from being young my mother set up my account so I haven’t bothered changing because it’s a waste of time.
