It works very well

I never wanted on-line banking but this account came with an app, no more paperwork or headaches trying to balance out of date statements with my accounts, saves so much time it changed my life. Let’s me no instantly of any activity on my account and the staff are so friendly and helpful if I have any issues. Best thing I ever did - changing banks!! Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

On the very rare occasion I have a problem, Nat West have always sorted everything out fast and efficiently, staff have always been very knowledgeable and courteous.. The Nat West Banking App has had very few issues over the years, its simple to use and is always kept as up-to-date as possible with new things added all the time.. very impressive app!
