On the very rare occasion I have a problem, Nat West have always sorted everything out fast and efficiently, staff have always been very knowledgeable and courteous.. The Nat West Banking App has had very few issues over the years, its simple to use and is always kept as up-to-date as possible with new things added all the time.. very impressive app! NatWest bank is very good and has so many different options on saving or spending and covers everything a bank could. The staff are polite shops are clean atm machines easy to use. I really enjoy using NatWest. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2023
