Best banking app and bank

I joined NatWest end of last year. And till this day if there’s any issues with the banking app or card or anything else customer service has been great. And for the banking mobile app it’s great is to follow and security is brilliant. I love the biometric where you put your face in a frame like oval and then blink. It will straight away tell u if your the account holder as it only recognises my eyes faces etc Reviewed on: 19th February 2023

Great dependable Banking app

Nat West banking via their app is safe secure and dependable. I don’t ever need yo go into branch anymore, I can do all I need on the app. Updates/new features added quite frequently. Overall I’m very pleased with Nat West and their Banking app. Reviewed on: 19th February 2023

Easy to Navigate, Clear and Approachable Banking

I have been with Natwest for approx 14 years now The app is easy to navigate: everything can be done online and through the app - very safe very secure and I have found that they actively try and help you improve your credit, and compared to previous experiences lend very responsibly all information is clear and understandable no mumbo jumbo!
