Best user friendly app

Excellent app, quick and easy to use. Has all the necessary features to allow customers themselves to manage multiple accounts & oversea external accounts. The spending feature is so helpful to help control spending. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Convenient banking

App always works, it never causes problems. I can do all my banking in one place - savings, credit cards, pay bills, pay in cheques etc. It just works without having to think or worry about it. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Unethical selling policies

NatWest lead me on to believe I would be highly likely accepted for a loan or overdraft and then decline my applications - damaging my credit score as a result. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
