Outdated

Sadly high street banking is outdated and they cannot keep up with/compare with online banks. Making changes is a hassle, they have too many products, customer service is poor. I have recently closed my NatWest account so they are no longer in control of my money and the reasons above. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
