Friendly customer skills.

Natwest staff are second to none, always willing to help at the Barnsley branch. I had an appointment with a young lady called Natalie, very polite, well mannered and explained all the products I was interested in. What more could you ask for? Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Top rate customer service

I had a one-one call to help sort out the account best suited for me and to also help to advise insurance. The help I got was second to none and the advisor was so patient, polite and courteous. Best bank ever
