Easy to use

The app is brilliant and I can manage most of my banking from there really easily, in terms of payments, transfers, approvals etc. Always been great when meeting in the branches too for financial checkups. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2021

The best bank in the world.

NatWest bank is very honourable and always consistent with helping their customers. I feel safe and secure knowing my money is looked after but also that I can rely on them to help me with things I have no knowledge about.
