Loving the app, it's so simple to use and because were Natwest customers already, it's completely free to use. It's an easy way to control what our little ones are spending and where! I've not had to contact natwest directly so I wouldn't know how to rate customer service but as I've not had to contact that should say somthing overall I'm a natwest customer and I've opened rooster money for my children good app easy to use overall a good choice as I did use other accounts before this one Reviewed on: 6th April 2024
