Excellent app

Encouraged my kids to manage money. Convenient for parents too - chores can be set and money can be advanced to allow kids to buy lunch or other items. Easy to use too. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2021

Money Gets Real, Gets Value

Since we started using RoosterMoney, my daughters, 11 and 8 have gained a real understanding of what it means to buy things in the shops. Previously, they asked and then nagged, now I can ask them to use their own money. This leads to a careful consideration of whether they would really like it. I've saved LOADS!!! Finally an easy and user friendly pocketmoney App

After having searched Apps all around the world I finally ended up with RoosterMoney the one and only user friendly, including chores and spendings App to keep track of my children pocketmoney! Excellent, well thought out service

Family friendly banking

RoosterMoney is absolutely brilliant! It has taught our children about the value of money (a few pence isn't going to buy the toy they wanted), saving up for things they'd like, that their allowance is earned (make up the bed in the morning, some small chores to earn a little extra), and for the eldest it also taught how to use a card and keeping their money safe when doing so. As parents it is also helpful that the app allows you to 'step in' when help is needed, such as a forgotten pin code and encouraging tasks, and of course keeping an eye on where the money is spent. Parent Friendly & Motivates Children

A superb system: works easily and well for adults and children. It has helped me to actually remember to give them pocket money! and also helped them to save as their 'money' pots (Save/Spend/Goal/ Give are clearly distinguishable and consequently offer great incentive to see their pot grow! The access to the 'spend' pot allows them to take real consideration and responsibility for their own money and purchases. The use of a 'card' that looks not at all dissimilar to an adult bank card made my duo feel very grown-up and take the business of spending and saving very seriously. For my 7 and 9 year old, I have also found setting the chores a great tool. They love taking a photo as 'evidence' that jobs have been completed. The fact I get reminders as do they, for chores to be completed and signed off is so helpful. Personalising the 'chores' and images etc is simple and very effective, an excellent app. The ability to offer comments as a reply back is fun and positive. I highly recommend the app can be adjusted I feel for how you and your family want to use it most effectively. Reviewed on: 24th January 2021
