Quick, easy money management for Children

5
Rooster is really helpful for both my daughter and I to manage her money. It's a great introduction to personal finances, and I especially like the spend, save, give money pots to help teach the value of saving and giving where we can as well as just spending. I would definitely recommend it to others. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

Helps forgetful parents

5
The problem with the way of giving pocket money as I had a child, is that I use cash infrequently and so would never have it to hand, and would also forget. Rooster solves this, and with the cards when we’re out it allows the kid to pay for e.g. treats at the supermarket- whereas before if they’d not brought their money it would be likely absorbed by the shop. Great app - so easy to use

5
My son spends lots of his money online, so previously I had to use my card & he had to pay me back with cash, which I then had to take to the bank. Now, he has his own card, linked to his own account, which is easy to add pocket money to. It's made things so much easier, and unlike other similar apps, you don't get charged for each transaction.
