An excellent product backed up by excellent customer service

Rooster Money is a fantastic product. It's easy for children to use, incentivises saving towards different goals and teaches the value of money through using the chores function. It's easy for parents to navigate and great that grandparents are able to have a log in too so they can also set and reward chores. My child loves being able to set his own pictures for his goals, submits photos and little messages to show he's completed his chore to earn money and feels very grown up using his debit card. I love that this is teaching him about the value of money and financial responsibility. There are lots of cool videos too, e.g. to explain compound interest - yes, we can also set our own interest rate on our child's savings! Additionally when we had an issue with a purchase the customer service we received from Rooster was the best I've ever experienced. Thoroughly recommended. Reviewed on: 6th February 2021

So easy & safe to use

I have these cards for my 2 sons (11 & 13). They love the app & the independence of having their own card for spending their pocket money, but I have the peace of mind of being able to control where they can & can't spend money. I definitely get more help round the house - being paid for doing chores is a real incentive at that age. Would highly recommend for preteens & teens. Reviewed on: 6th February 2021

Brilliant Card and App

Helps my 8 year old understand the value of money and how to save, give and spend. Reviewed on: 6th February 2021

Great tool for everyone

We’ve used Rooster to teach our boys about earning pocket money, saving for things they want and managing their chores. It’s been a really useful tool, they love ticking off jobs and seeing their savings grow and they can manage the spend/save pots themselves on their iPads but with full visibility for us via the app. Would highly recommend. Best bank for children and teens

5
Rooster money is more than a bank. It teaches children the importance of spending and saving which will impact them greatly in later life. Im confident my children will have better spending habits from using rooster as opposed to having a 'normal' high Street bank account Reviewed on: 6th February 2021

Great app easy to use

The app is great for kids and easy to use. My kids also like that it links into alexa so they can ask what chores and how many points they have. Provides everything we could ever need from a pocket money app. Reviewed on: 6th February 2021

Independent teenager

Love this card it enables my 13 year old to manage her own money, but still allows me to monitor what she spends and where she spends it. I also love the idea of having a new security code for every online purchase. The fact that it's contactless has been really useful during the covid pandemic with most places preferring this method of payment. Reviewed on: 6th February 2021

Brill, simple to use, great functionality

Great way to learn about money

My daughter loves having her own independence with Rooster money. It’s a great way for me to see what she spends her money on and teaches her how to control her spending. Reviewed on: 6th February 2021
