Face to face appointments

I sometimes prefer in person meetings rather than zoom as I often feel like they’re impersonal. Saying that, the zoom calls we have had have been good. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

Good experience of using Rooster.

My kids love their rooster cards.

My kids love their rooster cards. The app is easy to use and if there are issues with the card it can be frozen easily. It’s also easy to add a spending limit to the card. the kids can all see their own accounts from their iPad and earn money doing chores. only downside is that other companies do provide a card for free now. Best bank natwest rooster money

Brilliant! I opened my children the rooster money bank to help them learn about the value of money, since doing so they are now able to manage money a little easier through the app themselves, I am able to add money for doing chores, pocket money, spend caps is also a bonus so I know how much they are spending, monthly. Basically its a great bank account, easy to manage app and helps them have a bit more independence when out with friends or they just want to buy themselves something. A+ Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

Good value - I really love that rooster money is free to NatWest customers and it’s easy to use because it links to my NatWest banking app. Overall, it’s a great way to ensure I can always get money to my kids if I need to and it gives them some control and Independence too Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026
