I've had a Natwest account since the age of 16 and now my son has a Rooster account. the app/online banking is easy to use with some great features which make transferring money between multiple accounts really easy. Reviewed on: 19th February 2026

Never had to contact customer services as the app answers all my questions. Easy to navigate and child friendly. I’m able to see what/where my child is spending their money and the notifications are instant which means I can keep a clear track on their whereabouts whilst out. Reviewed on: 19th February 2026

A great first experience of managing their own money.

The NatWest Rooster card has been a great first experience for my children to manage their own money. I like how they can save in their account and transfer money to their debit card. It’s definitely made them both more money conscious. Reviewed on: 19th February 2026
