My children really enjoy the experience

My children really enjoy the experience of using their Rooster accounts. From managing their money via the app or paying via contactless they feel very grown up and it's definitely helped them learn about money. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026

Great bank!

Staff always very helpful, apps easy to use, whole family has it… I have other banks and they give me problems but NatWest never does. Such a massive shame my local one is closing :o( Reviewed on: 17th March 2026

NatWest App is great, Rooster App not as good.

I like the rooster app but it isn’t particularly user friendly. A few tweaks would make things easier. I really like the NatWest online banking app - very good functionality. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026
