Super easy for tweens

Super easy for tweens to encourage chores for a bit of pocket money and give them some independence with using a card. Fab, would recommend, even better if you are a NatWest customer as there is no monthly fee! Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Fantastic for kids

The app is fantastic for kids being able to see their progress for spending but also, we as parents get to see their habits of spending also and can limit the amount given. The communication is fantastic with emails and app messages and we couldn’t ask for more from a bank in terms of children knowing about saving and spending. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Great bank for children to learn about money

Rooster bank has been amazing my kids love to have control over their money and it’s really helped my 11 year old learn how expensive something’s are. When I have needed to speak to customer service they have been great and very helpful. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Very easy to set up.

Very easy to set up. Children can easily see how much money they have. Saving and spending pots build good habits. I like the fact I get an alert on my phone whenever my child spends money. I can also block the card from my phone if I think it’s lost (which happens a fair amount with kids). Only downside is there is no interest earned on the money in the account.
