NatWest App is great, Rooster App not as good.

I like the rooster app but it isn’t particularly user friendly. A few tweaks would make things easier. I really like the NatWest online banking app - very good functionality. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026

Would recommend!

Better than the leading brand

Excellent customer service. Good value. We love the chores linked to pocket money, and I can do as many little tip ups as I like at no extra cost. So much better than the leading brand. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026

A really great card and intro to bank account

The card has helped us to teach our daughter how to manage her account and use her card. it has helped to introduce her to the concept of a current account and and a savings pot. She has been able to link to apple pay as well, which has been useful. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026
